We currently ship to all 50 states in the US! Bikes are built in the order they are received. On average bike builds take 3 weeks, however, this is not a guarantee. During busier seasons, lead times can take longer. Once the bike leaves our facility, shipment time can take up to 3 weeks. The CyberX arrives fully assembled and ready to ride.
Delivery time estimates measure from when your bike leaves our warehouse to your delivery address vary depending on your proximity to our warehouse. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees; while we try to meet these timelines we do not advise making plans based on an estimated lead time for an order.

Most eBikes on the market use 36v or 48v batteries—we knew right away that wouldn’t be enough for CyberX. CyberX uses a hefty 72 volt 50ah lithium-ion battery that charges in 10 hours with the included 5 amp charger. *15amp charger with 3-hour charge time available for upgrade.*

No license? No problem! CyberX requires no license because in Street Mode (750W), it’s restricted to 28mph.
However, your CyberX comes with certification of origin, including VIN number, product, model and year. So you have everything you need to register it as a moped in your state.

Waited 2 long years but it’s all worth it, this bike with the BAC8000 and 72v battery is plenty of power. I can go up steep hills easily, only on just level 3. This bike at night is just a spectacle. Only downside is I wish it had a little bit more clearance to maybe hit some baby jumps but this is the most powerful stock ebike on the market for this price.

This bike is different from the others, it's very unique. Takeoff is fast and smooth. The bike is very comfortable and handles very well. The customization of this bike has many possibilities, and it's awesome as the customer can choose what colors and designs they want. I had a few minor issues when the bike was delivered and the customer support was great at taking care of those issues. This is ebike #9 for me and it's the crown jewel in my collection.
